Topics discussed:
GENERAL FUND
Announcement: General fund is low.
Question: Can scholarship fund be used to support NWSSA for general fund or to support PF or SL.
Ken will check will check with legal consult an Accountant

SUTTLE LAKE:
Announcement: Doug reported that Suttle Lake had to be cancelled due to restrictions of Oregon
Rick proposed that NWSSA make appeal to membership for donations to Suttle Lake to assist them financially. NWSSA would collect and distribute the money. Doug seconded, Vote was unanimously passed.
Ken will send the initial appeal letter to NWSSA membership and will follow up with a 30 day reminder.

PILGRIM FIRS:
Cyra updated the board about current status with the Pilgrim Firs Symposium.
COMMUNICATIONS:
Renee will put announcements of event cancellations and date changes on NWSSA Website, Facebook and send out email to membership.
