Township Community Arts Council and the 2016 Sculpture Splash Joint Planning Team, invites artists to participate in Sculpture Splash, an art Extravaganza by the Sea 2016. We hope you can join us for one of Canada’s premier art exhibitions in the most beautiful outdoor gallery in the country. Our group is made up of artists and art lovers from the TCAC and the Vancouver Island Sculptors Guild.
