Quorum: Yes

CALL TO ORDER

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the ORGANIZATION was duly called on 7/9/2023, at 5:00p.m. PST.  Ellie Hochman (President) called the meeting to order.

Emergency Meeting

An emergency meeting was called in order to address the vacancy of the 2023 Suttle Lake Symposium directorship. The board met to determine the division of labor, potential replacement director candidates, contingency plans etc.

A motion was made that the board make a commitment to hold the event regardless of directorship vacancy. The motion was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
