A meeting of the Board of Directors of the ORGANIZATION was duly called on 02/14/2024, at 6:33p.m. PST.  Ellie Hochman (President) called the meeting to order.

Oregon Symposium: Planning proposal follow up (Denny Tsang)
$2500 from 2023 cancellation deposit has been credited to 2024. Kate and Rachel are still exploring an alternate location for 2025. 

Exec Committee Minutes and meeting updates: 

1/4/2024 BOD Executive meeting 

Finance Committee: (Michael Yeaman)
Suggested that a member of the finance committee act as point person for donation recruitment / education. Finance committee to present to membership at the general assembly.
Motion to accept taking the general guidelines proposed in the finance committee endowment proposal to legal review and report back.
Motion was seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
