A meeting of the Board of Directors of the ORGANIZATION was duly called on 11/09/22, at 6:32 p.m. PST.  Ellie Hochman (President) called the meeting to order.

Motion made to approve minutes from the NWSSA BOD meeting on 10/02/2022. Motion seconded. Motion approved unanimously.

Arliss requested that we add 4 pages to the quarterly journal.
