Marenakos Rock Center

Marenako’s Rock Center was founded in the mid-1950s by Bill Marenakos, a logger who had a keen eye for unique rock formations in the Cascade Mountains. After conversing with landscapers in the Seattle area, Bill noticed a lack of boulder supply and decided to establish a rock-hauling business. In addition to this service, the company also transported wood chips for Weyerhaeuser Company and topsoil to establish connections with landscapers and to sell boulders.

Markenakos has been a consistent supporter of NWSSA and hosts a rotating show of member’s work in their show room. Visit their Show Room
