CALL TO ORDER

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the ORGANIZATION was duly called on 1/11/2023, at 6:30 p.m. PST.  Ellie Hochman (President) called the meeting to order.

Minutes Approval:

A motion was made to approve the previous month’s meeting minutes. The motion was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

Reports: 

Events: (Pat Barton)

Motion: 

I, Pat Barton move that the Chair of the Events Committee (Pat Barton) be authorized to reserve booth space #66 at the Seattle Mineral Market at Magnuson Park, Hanger 30 in Seattle, Wa 98115, for the dates of May 20&21, 2023. Once authorized NWSSA will owe payment for booth rental space #66 of approximately $1040.

A motion was made to approve. The motion was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

Women’s event update: Ellie

Pilgrim Firs Update: Cyra

Flower and Garden: (Aerin)

Ellie propose allocation of $400 for show rugs.

Motion was made to approve. Motion was seconded. Motion passed with 9 in favor and 1 in abstention.
