Pedestal Building Workshop Saturday, May 20th
9 am – 6pm
Monroe, WA Build your own cedar sculpture display pedestal. These pedestals come apart so you can store them flat when not in use. Pat Barton will provide the materials, instruction, and handouts for you to build your own pedestal(s) at this workshop. Registration fee includes materials for one 13.5″x13.5″x34″ pedestal, if you want materials for additional pedestals, there will be an additional material charge of $25 per pedestal, the registration will allow you to pay for up to an additional 2 pedestals.
Women’s Hand Carving Weekend June 2-4 Port Hadlock, WA Artists in Action: 15 Women Stone Sculptors Show and Sale at the Old Alcohol Plant Inn. 15 Women artists will gather for 3 day handcarving workshop and sculpture sale to benefit a non-profit charity.
Volunteer Park Pop Up Sculpture Show June 17th
12-4 pm
Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA Join members of the NW Stone Sculptors Association for an afternoon exhibition of their work. Over 50 carvings on view with the artists on site to discuss their art, techniques, and materials used. 
Tom Small’s Book Launch August 3rd
5-8 pm
Pioneer Square, Seattle Join us at the opening of the new exhibition of Tom Small’s sculpture, and celebrate the publication of the new book on his art: Stories in Stone and Light, August 3rd at Arundel Books in Pioneer Square
